Inspect Before you Sign

Please forward this information to the appropriate department/personnel so they are aware of what to do when the shipment arrives.

Due to the size, damages may occur inside the packaging during transport. Please inspect all items and all sides before signing the truck driver’s delivery tablet/receipt. Fully open the packaging to view all sides of the shipment. You have 30 minutes for inspection before additional charges may apply.

• If the driver refuses inspection, do not sign. Contact the local freight terminal manager and mark the shipment as damaged or refuse delivery.
• If contents are in good condition, sign and date the delivery tablet/receipt.
• If damaged, write “DAMAGED” with details of the damage, and sign/date.
• Accept only undamaged packages; retain a copy of the delivery receipt.
• Contact us for assistance before the driver leaves. Signed receipts without damage noted may void claims.

Note: The factory cannot pay for damages caused by the freight company.
