The Continental G-Flex Washer-Extractor, 70 lbs Capacity, Hard Mount delivers high-performance cleaning with less water and energy. Hard-mount design and up to 200 G-force extract speeds make it ideal for high-volume laundry operations.

High-Speed Extract Improves Productivity

G-Flex Washers generate extract speeds of 200 G-force, while most other hard-mount washers only reach 75–150 G-force. Higher extract speeds remove more moisture per load, reducing drying time, boosting productivity, lowering dryer usage, and cutting natural gas consumption.

Programmable Extract Speeds

G-Flex Washers offer six programmable extract speeds, including 100, 140, and 200 G-force. These speeds can be adjusted to meet specific foundation requirements. Not all laundries have the 8-inch concrete foundation required for a 200 G-force hard-mount washer. The G-Flex can operate on lesser foundations by adjusting G-force extract accordingly. Programmable G-force is critical when installation conditions are not ideal.

Single-Phase Power

G-Flex Washers operate on single-phase power, simplifying installation.

Logi Pro Controls

Superior programmability allows laundries to clean a variety of fabrics and load types efficiently. The highly flexible Logi Pro Control offers 25 individually modifiable programs, each with up to 11 baths, including multiple pre-wash, wash, and rinse cycles.

Automatic water and chemical adjustment ensure optimal efficiency. Users select the load size (1/4, 1/2, 3/4, or full), and the control automatically adjusts water and chemicals, accordingly, saving water and chemicals.

Automatic Chemical Injection:

G-Flex Washers provide two methods of dispensing chemicals:

1. Manual – Top-mounted dry and liquid chemical dispenser with four compartments (wash, optional pre-wash, liquid bleach, and sour/neutralizer). Optional flushing system reduces maintenance.

2. Automatic – Chemical injection ensures consistent cleaning, prevents chemical overuse, and protects fabrics.

Energy Efficient:

• Sump-less design saves up to 3 gallons of water per fill
• AquaFall system releases water through holes in drum lifters for better saturation and rinsing
• AquaMixer system mixes hot and cold water for precise bath temperatures, minimizing hot water use

Inspect Before you Sign:

Please forward this information to the proper department so they are aware of shipment procedures.

• Internal packaging may be damaged even if outer packaging looks intact
• Inspect all items and sides of the shipment before signing the delivery receipt
• Open packaging fully; you have 30 minutes for inspection before extra charges apply
• If the driver refuses inspection, do not sign. Ask to speak with the local freight terminal manager. Request a note stating inspection was not allowed or refuse shipment

If shipment is in good condition:

• Sign and date the driver’s delivery receipt

If damaged:

• Write “DAMAGED” on the receipt with details, sign, and date
• Accept only undamaged shipments
• Contact us immediately for assistance
