Inspect Before you Sign 

• Forward this information to the appropriate department to ensure proper handling of shipments.
• Large shipments may have internal damage even if packaging appears intact.
• Inspect all items and sides before signing the delivery receipt.
• Open packaging fully; you have 30 minutes for inspection before additional charges apply.
• If the driver refuses inspection, do not sign. Contact the local freight terminal or refuse the shipment.

If shipment is undamaged:

• Sign and date the delivery receipt.

If damaged:

• Write “DAMAGED” on the receipt with details, sign, and date.
• Accept only undamaged shipments.
• Contact us immediately for assistance before the driver leaves.
